MAY RECIPES: BANANA PANCAKES WITH OATS
Today I want to share my “to go to” Sunday breakfast with you, which is banan pancakes with oats! I have made so many banan pancakes over the years, but since I tried to add some oats I have never gone back. So health, filling, easy and yummy!
What you need (for two people) 2 banans 3 eggs 1 dl oats 1/2 tsp salt 1 tbsp coconut oil 1 tbsp baking powder (I like to add some cinnamon, cardamom for flavor!)
Mix everything with a hand mixer or in a blender until smooth (you can also mix by hand if you have oat flour, but if you only have normal oats I would recommend mixing it with a mixer since you want the oats to be like flour). Fry the pancakes on medium heat in coconut oil until golden brown. I topped mine with peanut butter and strawberries. Delicious!!
