Our 5 favorite smoothies and why!

We want to share our love and some recipes for smoothies! A perfect way to start the day, a snack or just on the go. It is a very easy way to fill the body with a lot of good nutrients and superfoods. Here is a little reminder listed why some of the ingredients are so good and why we are using them to boost our bodies right now.

Strawberry-Pineapple Smoothie:

  • 1 dl Strawberries

  • 1/2 dl Pineapple

  • 1 Banana

  • 1 dl Orange Juice

  • 1/2 dl Greek Yogurt

  • 1 dl Spinach

  • 1 Tablespoon Chia or Flaxseeds

  • Ice (optional)

All-time Favorite Green Smoothie:

  • 1 dl Pineapple

  • 1 dl Spinach

  • 1/2 dl Grapes

  • 1 dl Orange Juice

  • 1 Banana

Chocolate Smoothie:

  • 1 dl Coconut Milk

  • 1 Tablespoon Cocoa powder

  • 1/2 dl Blueberries

  • 1 dl Spinach

  • 1 Banana

  • 1 Tablespoon Almond Butter

Energized Green Glow Smoothie:

  • 2 dl Kale

  • 2 dl Baby Spinach

  • 1 dl Apple Juice

  • 1/2 Cucumber

  • 1/2 Lemon squeezed

  • 1 Banana

  • 1 teaspoon Fresh Ginger grated

Mango-Peach Smoothie:

  • 1 dl Peaches

  • 1 dl Mangoes

  • 1 Banana

  • 1 dl Orange Juice

  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric

  • 1/4 teaspoon Ginger
