TIP OF THE WEEK #12
While we are spending way more time inside and we are restricted to go out and go to the gym I at first thought I would not work as much out during the quarantine. Then I started exploring my options. There are so many ways to keep being active even if you can’t go out. (I haven’t been outside the house for over a month!!!) With that said, I have a perfect tip for you all! Both Kajsa and I signed up for ALO MOVES a week ago. They have over 1000 different workouts.
