Monday and Tip of the Week! When missing the possibility to hike, I, Kajsa, though I would give some suggestions on my favorite hikes, something to look forward too when all this is over and I am back in the hiking trails in L.A! Runyon Canyon, maybe an all time favorite and it’s impossible to count how many times I have walked that hike. On a clear day you can see all the way to downtown, the Hollywood Sign, Griffith Obsevatory and down to Westwood and Santa Monica. Address: 2000 N Fuller Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90046

Temescal Canyon, hikingtrials is Pacific Palisades and right off Sunset Blvd. This hike has also been my to-go-to. Never forget when Nicole and I hiked in the sunset and randomly met a person on the perfect spot for a photo, then we had to run down since it was getting so dark. Always a pretty hike! Adress: Temescal Canyon Trail, Los Angeles, CA 90272

TreePeople, this was also Nicole and mine to-go-to hike, close to where Nicole used to live and always a good path. I haven’t been here since I moved back, need to go when they are opening again! Address: 12601 Mulholland Dr, Beverly Hills, CA 90210

Wisdom Tree, picture from when Aleks and I did a sunrise hike last summer! Wisdom Tree is more of a steep hike and walking up, up, up, until you get to the top. The hike is called the Wisdom Tree since it’s a lonely tree at the top and also a big box where people have written some small notes. I have left a little note in there too! There’s also a possiablity to continue the hike over to the Hollywood-sign, great if you want a bit of a longer hike! Address: Wonder View Dr, Los Angeles, CA 90068

Eagle Rock, Aleks and I hiked the Eagle hike in august and it was SO hot that day. Hiking is for sure better in the spring, fall and winter, if you’re not hiking early in the morning. Eagle hike is a bit harder to find the way to if you haven’t been there before, but so pretty up in Topanga! Address: 5499 Eagle Rock View Dr, Los Angeles, CA 90041

Hollywood-sign, the Hollywood-sign is always the Hollywood-sign! An L.A must thing but the hike itself isn’t too fun and you mostly walk on asphalt but cool to see the letters close and how big they actually are! The address can be a bit hard to find, I have got lost many times but the easiest way is to go start at the park and then wake your way up! Address: 3160 Canyon Lake Dr, Los Angeles, CA 90068

Some more favorites are also Mandeville Canyon, Will Rodgers and the Escondido Falls. HOPE to be able to hike them “soon”! 🙂
