Tips, tips, tips!

Happy Thursday!

As you all know, we love to give out tips and recommendations whenever we find something that we like. Therefore, have we created a list with a mix of everything that we have tripped over lately. Let's get into it:

You Are a Badass: How to Stop Doubting Your Greatness and Start Living an Awesome Life, by Jen Sincero.

A book I have seen many times at a local bookshop up in Pacific Palisades, close to my sunset spot, Bluffs Park, and I bought it on my birthday but haven't "dared" to start reading the book until now. I love to read about personal development. I brought it to the beach the other week and got hooked. I am also a sucker for quotes, and it's one of those books you want to read slowly and acknowledge every word and sentence - recommend!

Ångestpodden❤️Pillowtalk To all of our Swedish readers, a podcast episode with Ångestodden and Pillowtalk with Peg and Penny. A raw conversation about anxiety, depression, pressure from society, and life in general. Both of us loved this episode! Find it here!

Jade Roller

Nothing new on the market, but a new part of my skincare routine! I recently discovered the Jade Roller that I use after my serum, before my moisture, and I store it in the freezer. Nothing is better than washing the face in the evening, putting on serum, using the roller for a few minutes, and then using moisture - heaven for my skin!

Coconut Oatmeal

A breakfast that’s impossible to get tired of is the oatmeal I have been making for the last six months, and I eat multiple times every week. The simple recipe for this coconut oatmeal is to add oats into coconut milk, let it sit for a while, so the oats get soaked, then add some more coconut milk, add chia seeds, put the pan on the stove, and then start to boil/heat up. The coconut milk makes the oatmeal creamier, and I use to top it with some raspberries or whatever I have at home. I use the light coconut milk, bought in a box, not the canned one. A must to try!

Ramen Noodles

In the new year, I want to try to make some new recipes and try new food, especially when we can’t go to restaurants. Ramen Noodles is something that I never tried to make at home before, but it’s very simple and so yummy! Find an easy and delicious recipe linked here.

Netflix - Lupin

The last hit on Netflix is Lupin, a French series. Want to know and watch what everybody is talking about? Ready for crime and adventures, tune in!
